Project description
Villapark Balatonboglár is located in one of the most beautiful and atmospheric parts of the sycamore row, directly on the shore of Lake Balaton, with its own closed beach section.
The residential park consists of two separate buildings: a beautiful villa with a protected street facade built in the early 1900s, and a modern but newly built condominium that matches the appearance of the villa building. Between the two buildings, a pool with a water surface of cc50-60m2 will be built.
8 apartments are being built in the extended villa building, and another 16 apartments are being built in the apartment building. Almost every apartment has a panorama of Lake Balaton. The apartments come with parking spaces that can be purchased.
